COVID-19 Vaccine Information
Nat-su Healthcare Clinic is currently offering the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine to all Utahns 18 years of age or older.
What to know about the Moderna vaccine.
- Vaccines are free.
- The Moderna vaccine is a two dose vaccine scheduled 28 days apart.
- When you receive your first dose, you will get a vaccination card to show you when to return for your second dose of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. Remember to bring your card when you return.
- You should wait 90 days after a positive COVID illness before getting vaccinated.
- Moderna is only approved for 18 or older, but Pfizer is approved for 16 or older.
